Meet the Founder
Throughout her career, Shruti has been drawn to the hardest problems in healthcare; the ones where everyone agrees change is needed, but progress stalls because incentives don’t align, systems don’t talk to each other, or ownership is unclear. Those are the challenges where she does her best work.
Let's Work TogetherBackground
Shruti has led cross-sector work spanning healthcare, technology, policy, and more, driving solutions through alignment and collaboration. She has led strategy, care experience, quality improvement, policy-adjacent initiatives, and enterprise–startup partnerships at organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California, Stanford Health Care, Honor, and the American Cancer Society.
Launching and scaling complex, cross-organizational initiatives
Building coalitions across competitors and stakeholders
Helping startups navigate large, relationship-driven enterprises
Leading national care experience and quality improvement programs
Translating innovation, insight, and policy into operational reality
Having worked inside large, mission-driven systems and alongside early-stage innovators, Shruti brings a practical understanding of how decisions actually get made, and how programs are successfully adopted.
The Approach
Shruti is not a deck-only consultant or a high-level advisor who disappears after recommendations. Clients work with her when they need someone who can make sense of complexity, build trust across stakeholders, and turn ideas into action.
