Designing Pilots for Enterprise Decisions
A digital behavioral health startup showed early promise, but scaling within a large health system required enterprise alignment. This work supported the Kaiser Permanente Washington – Ginger partnership by defining success criteria, aligning internal champions, and designing the pilot to answer operational and clinical questions.
Impact: Enabled Ginger’s successful expansion within KP Washington by accelerating enterprise decision-making and supporting scale beyond the initial pilot.
